Tasting Notes: Soft spice, gentle sweet undertones (no sugar) and bright, uplifting notes — smooth, soothing, and balanced.

Ingredients: Tulsi, Lemon Balm, Mullein leaf, Nettle Leaf, Wood Betony, Goldenrod, Linden, Licorice Root

Includes 1 oz loose leaf tea

Get your favorite mug ready!
Add tea to bag or strainer and steep in mug with 
8-10oz hot water. 
Steep for 7-10 minutes. Squeeze for best flavor. 
Steep longer for stronger tea.

All teas are caffeine-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
We do not use nuts. We prep in a separate space, but the kitchen isn’t fully allergen-free—cross-contamination is unlikely, but possible. Please let us know if you have severe allergies or any questions about our process!

Do not use this product while pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your provider before use if you are taking blood thinners. In high doses, Licorice root may elevate blood pressure. Consult your practitioner before use if you are taking medication or have a medical condition.
